DESCRIPTION:

Britty is a young monster. Here we can meet her and all her family.

First of all, the students can guess who is the brother, the sister, the father, the mother, the grandfather and the grandmother (taking into account the appearance). We put the drawings on the blackboard or the wall, making the family tree.

Then we can make a guessing game:

'It is a man. He has got yellow hair, red nose, red ears and blue mouth. Who is it? - Grandad!!'

Another possibility is to print the black and white drawings and ask the students to colour it.

'Grandad has got yellow hair, blue mouth, red nose and ears,...'

Finally we can make masks with the drawings and play this game:

One student stands up and the teacher puts him/her a mask. This student doesn't know what the mask is, so s/he has to ask questions to the other students:

'Have I got red hair? -No.

Have I got blue mouth? -Yes.

Have I got red nose? -Yes.

Am I Grandad? -Yes!!!!

This game can be played in pairs. Two students stand up, facing each other. The teacher puts them the masks and they have to ask questions to each other to find out who they are. They ask questions in turns and the first to find the answer is the winner.
